The sleek, 8.7-ounce Ardent XS600 is loaded with features, ranging from an instant, continuous anti-reverse to a high-speed 6:1 gear ratio, great cranking power, 6 stainless steel ball bearings, one stainless steel clutch bearing, and a spool capacity of 120 yards for 12 lb. test monofilament.

The Ardent XS600 Free Spool Casting Reel delivers great on the water performance. This 6 ABEC ball bearing reel produces incredible casting distance and superior backlash resistance and is built around the same lightweight magnesium frame as the XS1000. The XS600 includes the smooth Strike Saver drag providing absolute lockdown capability and the quick release side plate allows easy access to the adjustable centrifugal brake system.
