Return Policy
Have complete confidence in ordering with FishingTacklePros.com, if you are dissatisfied with any of our products, you may return the item for a full refund within 7 business days of receiving the fishing tackle. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order within 7 days after purchase, please contact our customer service department for return merchandise authorization (RMA#). Returns/Exchanges without authorization WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Returns/Exchanges after 7 days of original receipt WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. All returns and exchanges must be new, unused and in original package. Merchandise must include a copy of our original invoice or packing slip. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Some items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special orders will not be accepted for return. Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty only and require items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. Returns on items will be accepted within 7 business days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus and shipping, handling or freight charges.

Backorder Policy
We make every attempt to fulfill all orders, however, due to unforeseen circumstances some items may be temporarily out of stock. If an item is backordered for more than 30 days, the order will automatically be cancelled and we do not ship backordered items if it is less than $20.00 value. Please note if you want backorders cancelled at time of placing an order. Backorders will not be accepted on orders to Hawaii or Alaska. We will contact you if an item is backordered or discontinued and no longer available.

Shipping Policies
FishingTacklePros.com ships to all lower 48 continental United States and Alaska via UPS. This ensures every order is able to be tracked at all times. UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so please provide a street address.  We normally ship all in stock items within 4 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are normally shipped via UPS and actual delivery times will vary according to your UPS Zone. (In most cases it averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed.) Unless otherwise indicated, any backorder over $20.00 will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival in our warehouse.

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, customer items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.

*One piece fishing rods over 72" are shipped as an oversized load and an additional $10.00 charge will be assessed plus applicable shipping and handling charges.

*Oversized packages which have dimensional weight charges applied will LIKELY incur additional freight charges - Items including, but not limited to: fishing rods, gaffs, coolers, some tackle boxes/bags and ice shelters. 
*Free shipping offers are only valid for orders placed within the continental United States.
*Items of extreme weight - WILL INCUR additional shipping charges. 
*Items that are shipped outside the continental United States to Alaska WILL INCUR additional shipping charges. (Allow additional 1-2 days for delivery.)

*SALES TAX - Orders shipped to a Nebraska address are subject to a 7.00% Sales Tax.

No order will be shipped without receipt of total payment.
Fishing Tackle Pros does not ship any order C.O.D.
Domestic delivery not available to P.O. Boxes.
A telephone number of the recipient is requested for all deliveries.



Damaged Goods Policy
If for any reason the item(s) are damaged upon receiving, please contact us for further instructions. All claims for concealed loss or damage should be reported at once to our customer service department. Do not accept packages showing signs of external damages. Your claim will be handled in an urgent manner.
